Hi, I’m CHARLIE JOnes.
I’ve spent 13 years in the property industry, primarily working as land director for a medium sized London-based property developer. In this role I developed a rigorous methodology for data driven analysis and risk modelling, creating transparent and easy to digest scenarios, allowing me to pitch projects to investors with a completely open book. This methodology has been applied to hundreds of projects over my career, overseeing over £250MM in development since 2013.
I set up CJH Property Analytics in 2017 to provide development feasibility breakdowns for private clients. Since then we have gone on to advise many individuals and companies on real estate strategy, development design, feasibility and planning, debt structure, and source investment. We also develop bespoke land appraisal models across all property sectors, as well as full suites of investment underwriting documents and decks.
